The Franciscan Deaf Center, through its goals and missions for the Deaf in the Philippines offers a two-year study grant to Filipino Deaf especially in provinces.

                The project is CCP 2005 – Catechetical Course Program 2005. The program aims to produce good Deaf catechist, willingly to commit themselves in the service for the Filipino Deaf Community in provinces.

                It is a catechism course for 2 years. For the first 5 months of the program (January 2005 – May 2005), the participants are given formation on religious accounts, Filipino Sign Language (FSL) and academic subjects (such as English, Math, etc.) With that, we are able to increase their academic knowledge in preparation for a college degree in the future.

                The expenses will be shouldered by Franciscan Deaf Center through its supporters.
